Projects in The Annex

The Annex is located in Downtown Toronto, bordering the University of Toronto. The residents of The Annex are diverse, and include University of Toronto students, businessman, and young professionals. The Annex is predominantly residential, and the housing consists of large Victorian and Edwardian homes. Many of the homes were built in the early 1900s and are now protected by the Historical Board of Toronto. The streets in the neighbourhood are lined with massive lush trees that provide a peaceful canopy for the residents. As evening falls, people flock to the many bars, restaurants and patios surrounding the area.
